How to Add Electronic Correspondence Email Notification

All your accounts that generate statements automatically display on the Electronic Correspondence screen. To add an account to receive email notification whenever Electronic Correspondence is available, complete the following steps.

  1. If you have never accessed this option before, the Electronic Correspondence Agreement displays. Select the By Checking this box I indicate that I have read the terms and conditions of Electronic Correspondence box.
  2. Click the “I agree to these Terms and Conditions” button. An email containg a verification code will be sent to your primary email address.
  3. A pop up box will display containing your email address. Verify this is your correct email address and click the Continue button.
  4. If your email address is incorrect, go to Services>Change Info to update your email address.
  5. If you do not have an email address listed under Services>Change Info, the email address will be blank. Go to Services>Change Info to update your email address.
  6. You may add/change your email address in this pop up box but it will not update the email address under Services>Change Info.
  7. An email containing a verification code will be sent to the email address entered in the pop up box.
  8. The Electronic Correspondence screens displays. Enter the verification code you received in the Enter Verification Code field.
  9. Click on the Electronic Correspondence box next to the Account field to place a check mark in it.
  10. Once you have selected all the accounts for which you want to receive an email alert, click the Enroll button.

NOTE:

You can click the View Electronic Agreement button to review the information.

If the verification code entered cannot be verified, you will be prompted to re-enter the code.

You must have a current copy of Adobe Reader® to read correspondence received from the financial institution. Click the Get Adobe Reader button to be directed to www.adobe.com to download the free reader.

How to Delete Electronic Statement Email Notification

To delete the email notification that your statement is available for viewing, complete the following steps.

  1. Click on the Electronic Correspondence box next to the Account field to remove the check mark in it.
  2. Click the Submit button to save any changes made.
